Dynamic Mobility Stretches:

  • Shoulders
  • Hip Flexors
  • Torso Twists
  • Good Mornings
  • Ankles

3 times through the following series:

  • 10 Squats
  • 5 Dips
  • 10 Body Rows
  • 20 Groiners
  • Plyo Box Drills

Alchemy CrossFit Workout of the Day:

Today’s focus is Metabolic Conditioning:

Start off with 5 rounds of the following couplet:

  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 5 Pull Ups

Then finish off by working on your Kips and Handstands:
