  • Shoulders
  • Hip Flexors
  • Torso Twists
  • Good Mornings
  • Ankles

2 times through the following series:

  • 1o Sprawls
  • 10 Body Rows
  • 10 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Dips
  • 10 Squats

Some Holiday fun for everyone today!

Complete the following workout in partners, one partner completes the listed exercise while the other one does “Baby Burpees” ie Burpees without the push up.  Partners keep switching until both have completed all the listed exercises.

  • 50 KettleBell Swings
  • 50 Pull Ups
  • 50 Sit Ups
  • 50 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 50 Push Ups
