Nice size group this morning – really great to have Lee join us, awesome technique on the cleans – your second pull/thigh bump is right on! Ash made a big jump to 65# with a beautiful front squat – your cleans are close behind, they will come with more wrist flexibility. Everyone really concentrated on their form and the cleans were getting really clean by the end!
