Alchemy CrossFit Hamilton Workout of the Day:

Since Marla is going to be induced today we figured we would do a “Baby” workout…

“Baby” Tabata Bottom to Bottom Squats (2minutes total rather than 4 minutes)

immediately followed by “Baby Cindy”

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Squats

AMRAP in 10 minutes

and then concluded with “Baby” Tabata Sit Ups (again 2 minutes total rather than 4minutes)
