Happy Long Weekend!

To celebrate the final arival of Summer in Hamilton, Alchemy CrossFit did a partner based workout for the holiday Monday.  Both partners can work at the same time, no more than 2 exercises can be undertaken at a time, and your team must complete all reps of each exercise.

Alchemy CrossFit Workout of the Day:

one time through, in partners, for time:

  • 150 Squats
  • 150 Sit Ups
  • 150 Press
  • 150 Lunge Steps (per leg)
