Warm up with three rounds of the following series:

  • Samson Stretch
  • Hamstring Stretch
  • Shoulder Stretch
  • Torso Twists
  • 20 Boot Strappers
  • 10 Good Mornings
  • 20 Sit Ups
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 20 Double Unders
  • Max Push Ups

Alchemy CrossFit Workout of the Day:

Today’s focus is on Maximal Exertion Work.  Go heavy – take breaks as you need them.  Challenge yourself to surpass your expectations.
