Alchemy CrossFit Movement Preparation:

Dynamic Mobility Stretches:

  • Hip
  • Hamstring
  • Torso Twists
  • Good Mornings
  • Supermans
  • Ankles

Warm Up with 2 sets of each exercise (50 ft each):

  • Partner Wheelbarrows
  • Duck Walk
  • Push Up Walk
  • Lunge
  • Crab Walk
  • Bear Crawl

Alchemy CrossFit Workout of the Day:

Complete 6 rounds of the following triplet for time.

  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 10 Sit Ups

Remember – today’s focus is MET CON – pick a light enough weight that you can go straight through with no breaks and hammer through as hard as you can!
