Getting Started


New to the game?

For those new to CrossFit experience, we provide 2 options. First, we hold regularly scheduled foundations classes where we will work as a group, beginners will be welcomed and led by a certified trainer through one of our foundation workouts.  During our Foundation’s classes you will have the opportunity to learn about our training philosophy, the fundamental movements of CrossFit, and how CrossFit training can be applied to your goals.  You will also get to experience a CrossFit workout firsthand.

If scheduling is a concern or private, one on one personal training is preferred, we offer an Introductory Program.  Both of these paths allow participants to learn the basic exercises and movements of the CrossFit system in a fun and interesting way.

Experienced CrossFitter?

For those already experienced with CrossFit workouts, we offer 1 free class. Contact us to let us know when you will be coming!

Want one on one attention?

For those who want the additional focus and attention of a personal trainer, we offer a variety of coaching packages. We look forward to working with you to improve your overall fitness or just address specific areas.
