Paleo Salad Dressing

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 small lemon squeezed

1-2 cloves of garlic

1/4 tsp fine mustard powder

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp parsley

pepper

Combine all ingredients in a re-seal able container and shake well.

    This salad dressing is very versatile – I use it on spinach salad, coleslaw, tuna salad, and broccoli salad. I make it once a week – about 2x the amount in the recipe above. It keep swell at room temp for a week. Substitutes for olive oil: canola oil, 1/2 olive & 1/2 walnut oil, 1/2 olive & 1/2 flax oil. Play with the ingredients to suit your tastes.
