Alchemy CrossFit Workout of the Day:

Today’s focus is Strength Endurance.  Load, form and range of motion take priority over speed.

5 rounds, rest between rounds as needed, with the aim of completing each exercise without stopping:

  • 10 Strict Pull Ups
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 10 Parallette Push Ups
