Alchemy CrossFit: Bringing Elite Fitness to Hamilton.

Dynamic Mobility Stretches:

  • Shoulders
  • Hip Flexors
  • Torso Twists
  • Good Mornings
  • Ankles

3 times through the following series:

  • 10 Kipping Swings
  • 10 HK2E
  • 10 Dips
  • 10 Box Jumps

Alchemy CrossFit Workout of the Day:

Today’s focus is Strength Endurance:

Partner up for a 10 round partnered Cindy:

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Squats

Only one partner works at a time. As partner A finishes A round, partner B starts theirs, and so on until they’ve each completed 10 rounds.
