- 10 Wall Ball

Today’s focus is Metabolic Conditioning.
Begin with:
- Front Squat 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3
Building to a heavy set of 3.
Then, Complete the following series for time (95lbs Men, 65lbs Women):
- 20 Thrusters
- 200M Row
- 15 Thrusters
- 200M Row
- 10 Thrusters
- 200M Row
- 5 Thrusters
- 200M Row
