Not Bored Anymore

I have never participated in a training program as challenging, engaging and successful as what I have discovered under the guidance of trainer Adam Morden at Crossfit.

In the short time that I have followed his program, I have made fitness gains that no other training I have tried could have delivered. Over the past few years I found myself becoming extremely bored with my typical everyday workouts at the gym. To much delight, I was ecstatic at the strenuous challenges within Adam’s classes. The variety of each class makes the workout fun and, even more exhilarating is that I started seeing results immediately. All the workouts are not only core strength building, but they are cardio workouts at the same time. In only one year training with Adam, I have built my core, strength, stamina and increased already high energy levels beyond expectations.

Adam brings a tremendous amount of enthusiasm, energy and experience to each and every workout. His knowledge, professionalism and credentials are very impressive, but more importantly, his personal attention and cheerful, caring manner are unbeatable. I am consistently and constantly tested by the variety of new exercises and balanced approach that makes what used to be a boring process actually stimulating and enjoyable. I am extremely impressed at the time and care he spends to ensure proper execution of form and technique in order to achieve the best results from his personally developed programs. His exuberance is contagious as he coaches our group to do exercises properly and cheers everyone on to meet their own personal fitness goals. Adam makes working out fun! — a real motivator!

What really separates Adam from any other trainer, other than his “mad skills” (like that one, don’t you Adam? J) is how much he genuinely cares about his clients. He takes the time to explain the process of a specific exercise, its benefits and optimal results in simple terms so you can focus on proper execution without being confused. Adam has an engaging personality that makes you want to work hard and push yourself past your current threshold. As much as it is hard work, Adam makes you want to achieve your goals through his constant encouragement and leadership. Even though I have only been training with Adam for a year, in that time he has not only been my trainer but also my friend and has cheered me on in my fitness achievements like he was a member of my own family! Adam has seen me through an evolution of fitness goals using his tools, knowledge, and most importantly his understanding and support both physically and emotionally. Adam is an exceptional trainer and a phenomenal person.

What does this all mean? Bottom line: I highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for assistance with improving their stamina, strength, agility, core, balance, flexibility and energy level as he is a great inspiration to transform anyone into shape. He consistently pushes me to my limits, but never to the point of injury and my fitness level is far superior to what it was a year ago. Even now, I am constantly amazed at what I have and continue to accomplish. To age gracefully, it is important to stay in top physical condition. With an amazing trainer like Adam guiding you – Dream, Believe, Achieve!!!!
