No more sore knees
I have been participating in the Crossfit program for a year and and a half. I tore my ACL playing soccer almost a year previous and in that time I was unable to play sports or workout. Sitting at home all that time, I gained a lot of weight and my conditioning fell.
When I got the ok from my doctors to continue exercising, I went to check out the Crossfit program as I needed to improve my overall health in a regular workout program.
A year and a half later I have lost 30 pounds and have built tremendous strength in my legs and core. Best of all, my knee does not hurt at all. Adam and the Crossfit team have provided
a wonderful environment of guidance and support at all sessions. I have recommended to friends and family to join me at crossfit and better themselves physically like I have.
