Our certified professional coaches will help you master the Kettlebell. You will learn a variety of swings and swing variations, cleans and snatches, Presses, push presses, and jerks, Deadlifts, and Highpulls as well as several Kettlebell specific exercises such as around the worlds and turkish get ups. We will go over the intricacies of hand placement, hip drive, joint stacking, and core control to ensure you get the most out of your KettleBell workout without risking injury due to poor technique.
The Kettlebell is unique in it’s ability to maximize centrifugal force to provide an amazing core and cardiovascular workout. Kettlebell workouts are a great way to burn fat, tone muscles, increase joint stability, and increase explosiveness and general athleticism in a fun and fast manner.
