Warm-Up

WoD: 800m Run/5 rounds of 10 Push-Ups and 10 Sit-Ups/100m Walking Lunge/5 rounds of 10 Push-Ups and 10 Sit-Ups/800m Run

3 brave souls faced this “hearty” work-out on an early Sunday morn! Theresa and Hilary brought their usual intensity and worked it hard. Ash demonstrated his strict and pensive attention to form and range of motion thus squeezing the best out of all of his movement – he is improving with every work-out! Two visitors joined us, Sara and Calvin, both very interested and experienced in Oly. lifting – they would be a solid addition to our community – hope to see you soon guys…
