Today’s focus is Metabolic Conditioning.
Begin with:
- Snatch Pulls 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 Reps
Then complete 5 rounds of the following triplet:
- 10 Hanging Knees to Elbows
- 5 Burpees
- 20 Sit Ups
