July 11th 2009 Alchemy CrossFit will be hosting a red carpet formal and screening of the fabulous CrossFit movie “Every Second Counts”.  This should be a really fun night.  Come in in your formal wear of choice and enjoy a workout and a movie.  We have lots of exciting events and announcements coming up for our amazing community – if there is something you want to do – let us know (Just be sure you actually want what you ask for – you might just get it, right Levitron…)  All funds raised from this event will go to support the Tuckers Time Charity Golf Tournament.

June the 6th 2009 Alchemy CrossFit, Hamilton Ontario, hosted it’s first “Painstorm”  it was a blast (for the coaches…)  The workout went on for over 2 hours, for more details check out this post:

A few weekends ago (May 16th and 17th) Coach Adam Morden was fortunate to be able to attend the CrossFit Barbell Certification with Strength Training legend Mark Rippetoe of Wichita Falls Athletic Club  held at Conker Fitness in Oakville.  There was a ton of information covered and we learned all kinds of fun new ways to make you STRONGER.   Stay tuned for some exciting updates to our Lifting Club in the near future.
