Alchemy CrossFit brings a new level of Endurance Training to Hamilton Ontario. In our CrossFit Endurance classes we’ll teach you to run with the grace of a gazelle, and the speed of a cheetah. Want to cycle like Lance Armstrong? Swim like a fish? Run like the wind? If the answer is yes, then CrossFit Endurance is for you. We will help beginners through to elite athletes increase performance and enjoyment in their endurance sport of choice.

Our professional CrossFit Endurance certified coaches will teach you the POSE method of running, proper rowing technique, and multisport transitions. You will learn the essential drills and skills to become a proficient runner in no time, all while avoiding common running injuries like shin splints, plantar faciaitis, and hip impingement. You will learn to run effortlessly, flowing over the ground rather than pounding your body and joints into the ground.
