The Classes: We currently offer our Dynamic Mobility and Stretching classes four times per week at Alchemy CrossFit&#8217;s Hamilton location. Below are descriptions of each class. Monday at 7:15: Mandy Dryer &#8211; RMT/ART, owner of Kinetic Sports Therapy and professional Mountain Bike racer will take you through a series of static and dynamic stretches designed to increase joint mobility and muscle elasticity. Mandy has an amazing understanding of the body and how it works together as a system, her classes will allow you to increase range of motion while healing injuries and increasing performance. Wednesday at 715: Erin Aquin &#8211; DCM, owner of Eight Winds Eastern Medical Arts and Experienced Yoga Teacher will take you through an amazing flow yoga class. She&#8217;s an avid CrossFitter and has specifically designed these yoga practices to complement and enhance your CrossFit performance. This isn&#8217;t boring yoga &#8211; this is badass CrossFit Yoga. Erin will challenge you, and increase your body awareness through progressive yoga poses. Experience Hamilton&#8217;s only yoga class specifically designed for the needs of CrossFitters. Coming February 2012 Erin will also be offering Yoga Teacher Training. Thursday at 1015am: Denise Magnini, our director of operations and CrossFit Gymnastics coach will take you through a stretching series designed to help speed recovery and restore range of motion in stiff tired muscles. She will focus on the areas of the body we have hit the most in the previous week and help you increase range of motion and mobility in traditionally problematic areas and joints. Friday at 715: Craig Latendresse, our director of team an youth training will take you through a dynamic mobility series designed to increase athleticism and mobility. We offer a 3 different combatives programs to accommodate a variety of tastes and interests. Sparring is never required, and the classes are all appropriate for all skill levels from rank beginner to the professional fighters whose conditioning training we supervise. Boxing The Hamilton boxing program at Alchemy CrossFit is designed for both novice boxers and for those who are solely interested in boxing for its tremendous fitness benefits. Our boxing classes build cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and quickness. We focus on proper technique, power, speed, and footwork, while constantly challenging your conditioning. We will also teach you the basics of Olympic-Style (Amateur) Boxing. More technical boxing instruction is available for those interested. KickBoxing &#8211; Muay Thai Alchemy CrossFit&#8217;s Muay Thai Kickboxing program was created in response to our members desire for something different than the Cardio-Kickboxing fluff that has be drowning out the sport. We focus on proper technique, with instruction on Kicks, Knee and Elbow strikes, Punches, and Defense all in a safe but challenging environment. Wrestling Our Wrestling program is a great way to increase your balance, speed, and agility while building whole body explosive power and a wrestlers world famous conditioning. Led by 3 time National wrestler Ashley Werner we will focus on wrestling drills and skills for conditioning and increased mobility.]]></description>
