The Hamilton boxing program at Alchemy CrossFit is designed for both novice boxers and for those who are solely interested in boxing for its tremendous fitness benefits. Our boxing classes build cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and quickness. We will also teach you the basics of Olympic-Style (Amateur) Boxing. More technical boxing instruction is available for those interested.
