CrossFit Combatives: Boxing, Kickboxing (Muay Thai), and Wrestling

CrossFit Combatives

At Hamilton’s Alchemy CrossFit we offer a variety of Combatives fitness classes to suit the interests and needs of our members, be they professional fighters or regular Joes just looking to blow off some steam. We offer a 3 different combatives programs to accommodate a variety of tastes and interests. Sparring is never required, and the classes are all appropriate for all skill levels from rank beginner to the professional fighters whose conditioning training we supervise.

Boxing

The Hamilton boxing program at Alchemy CrossFit is designed for both novice boxers and for those who are solely interested in boxing for its tremendous fitness benefits. Our boxing classes build cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and quickness. We focus on proper technique, power, speed, and footwork, while constantly challenging your conditioning. We will also teach you the basics of Olympic-Style (Amateur) Boxing. More technical boxing instruction is available for those interested.

KickBoxing – Muay Thai

Alchemy CrossFit’s Muay Thai Kickboxing program was created in response to our members desire for something different than the Cardio-Kickboxing fluff that has be drowning out the sport. We focus on proper technique, with instruction on Kicks, Knee and Elbow strikes, Punches, and Defense all in a safe but challenging environment.

Wrestling

Our Wrestling program is a great way to increase your balance, speed, and agility while building whole body explosive power and a wrestlers world famous conditioning. Led by 3 time National wrestler Ashley Werner we will focus on wrestling drills and skills for conditioning and increased mobility.
