Snack bars for convenience/travel etc.....

The Bumble Bar - Tasty Tropical, Chunky Cherry and Awesome Apricot have paleo friendly ingredients.

http://www.bumblebar.com/Awesome-Apricot/p/BUM-050228&c=BumbleBar@BumbleBars
http://www.bumblebar.com/Chunky-Cherry/p/BUM-050211&c=BumbleBar@BumbleBars
http://www.bumblebar.com/Tasty-Tropical/p/BUM-050242&c=BumbleBar@BumbleBars

Another bar that is very close to being paleo friendly is the Organic Fiber Bar - it contains some gluten free oat fiber. Maybe a small concession to make for a modern day carnivore?

Awesome Apple, Cranberry Craze and Lemon Burst

What do you think about these Denise?

Update on the goat meat - delicious - kabobs and some liver so far
We also tried some highland cattle - the T-bone was very good

http://www.thistlebraefarm.com/index.htm - local

Jo and I also made some paleo bread - Flax seed recipe - the only non paleo item is the baking powder, there is a paleo substitute out there - very good

Hi Denise;

I can see that these Candy Bars are high in fat, but I don't understand how they are high in sugar. Isn't honey the only ingredient that could spike sugar level?

I made the pudding tonight but I didn't have medium tofu so I used some extra-firm I had in the fridge. Changed the consistency a little so I added a bit more chocolate milk. Turned out great.
